Who runs this site. godrejverano.org is owned and operated by an authorised channel partner of Godrej Properties Limited. We are a real estate consultant, not the developer, and this is not the official website of Godrej Properties. The official website is godrejproperties.com.
Trademarks and images. The names Godrej, Godrej Properties and Godrej Verano, the Godrej logo and all project renders, plans and brochures shown here belong to Godrej Properties Limited or its licensors. They are used on this site only to describe the project we are authorised to market. Images are artist's impressions and are not to scale. Actual construction, finishes and landscaping may differ.
Information and prices. Everything on this site, including prices, rates per sq ft, unit sizes, carpet areas, amenities, specifications, floor plans, payment plans, possession dates and location distances, is indicative. It is based on information shared by the developer with channel partners, the HRERA Gurugram filings and public records as of October 2026. It may change without notice. Prices are confirmed only in the developer's allotment letter and agreement for sale.
No offer. Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation to offer, promise or legal commitment of any kind, either from us or from Godrej Properties Limited. It is marketing information to help you decide whether to enquire further.
Bookings and payments. All bookings, EOI payments, booking amounts and instalments are made directly to Godrej Properties Limited in your name, by cheque or bank transfer to the developer's RERA designated account. We never collect money on the developer's behalf. We charge no brokerage or fee to buyers.
RERA. Godrej Verano, Sector 63A, Gurugram is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram under registration number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1081/813/2026/53 dated 11 August 2026. The land is licensed under License No. 129 of 2025 dated 23 July 2025. Please verify these and read the project's RERA disclosures at haryanarera.gov.in before making any decision.
Your responsibility. You should verify all information independently with the developer, visit the site, read the draft agreement for sale and take your own legal and financial advice before booking. We accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the information on this site.
